At Suddenly Soap, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade soaps. We want you to love our products as much as we do, but due to the personal nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Why a No Return Policy?

  • Hygiene: Soap is a personal care product that comes into direct contact with the skin. To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns of used or opened soap products.

However, we understand that things may not always go as planned.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll be happy to troubleshoot any issues you may have and offer alternative solutions, such as a store credit or exchange for a different product.
  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  Send us a photo of the damage and the order number.
